Biden: Trump fans ‘the flame of fear and racism against Latinos’

2020 candidate Joe Biden took aim at how President Trump has treated the Latino community. Biden called Trump’s actions “an all-out assault…on Latino communities,” and said the president is “fanning the flame of fear and racism against Latinos.”
