MASSACHUSETTS ( Free Cape Cod News) – Up to 1000 members of the Massachusetts National Guard were activated to state active duty Friday by Governor Charlie Baker. The Executive Office of Public Safety and Security said in a statement the governor signed it “in the event that municipal leaders require their assistance.”
