White learned these lessons the hard way. A few years ago, White was hardly concerned about staying fit. When he entered his fifties, the UFC boss felt that it was his age that was making him weak. However, soon afterward, the UFC boss realized that was not the case. He came to know that he would only live for ten years and four months after meeting Gary Brecka.
The information made White realize the importance of changing his lifestyle to a healthy one. Later, under proper guidance, White turned into a healthier version of himself. Now, many are inspired by Dana White for being perfectly fit in his fifties. British Sports promoter Eddie Hearn is one of them. The 44-year-old said that the UFC boss had his dream physique. The UFC president offered his help to Hearn, who had outlined his ambitions of staying fit.

During the discussion, Hearn mentioned how he wanted to follow in the footsteps of Dana White when it came to fitness and training. Hearn noted how they overlooked the importance of a healthy lifestyle for a while, then realized it was a mistake. Presently, both Hearn and White are people who promote fitness the most.
While talking with the British sports promoter, Dana White detailed the change that had happened to him. Earlier, the UFC boss used to find himself way too weak and dependent on a lot of medicines. White said to Eddie Hearn, ” I used to have really bad sleep apnea, and I used to snore–I have neither of those now. I used to have incredible pain in my legs. I could barely even put my socks and shoes on.“

Dana White feels that it was the positive changes that he brought to his life that made him a healthy and fit human. White stated that after shifting to a healthy lifestyle, he can run his business, personal life, and physical life in a far better way.
