Breitbart News reported:
Biden floated the amnesty plan with a number of open borders and business lobbying groups during a meeting this week. Some executives with the groups are calling the amnesty “the most aggressive” plan they have seen while working on Capitol Hill, suggesting it includes not only legislation, but executive orders to legalize most of the illegal alien population.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is thrilled at Biden’s proposal. It told Axios that his amnesty plan is one of several priorities they want to see from his administration. The news outlet reported:
Suzanne Clark, president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, told me that the #1 desire she hears from members, including small businesses, is “more responsible adults in the room governing.”
Clark said key parts of the early Biden agenda — pandemic relief, vaccines, infrastructure, trade, immigration, workforce — “are all business priorities.”
Earlier this week, Thomas Donohue, the Chamber’s CEO, indicated that he is interested in collaborating with the Biden administration to not only push for amnesty but to increase the number of legal immigrants allowed to enter the country. Apparently, he decided that too many Americans are employed and we need to thin the herd a bit.
Breitbart News noted, “annually, more than 1.2 million legal immigrants are awarded green cards, and another 1.4 million foreign nationals are given visas. These totals are in addition to the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who are added to the U.S. population every year.”
Biden’s proposal would provide a huge benefit to corporate interests as it would cut wages by inflating the nation’s labor market. By allowing millions of foreign workers to compete with American workers, they get to widen their profit margins.
NumbersUSA, an organization that advocates for American workers, posted a tweeted noting that wages are finally rising for Americans and that the former vice president is “intent on flooding labor market with foreign workers.”

“Today, 18 million Americans are jobless, and another 6.2 million are underemployed, all of whom want full-time jobs with competitive wages and good benefits. Their chances of securing higher wages and more job opportunities are crushed by the mass inflow of illegal and legal immigration,” according to Breitbart News.
In order for Biden’s plan to pass, it would need support from Democrats who narrowly won their races in 2020. These moderates represent districts that are not exactly on board with the Marxist agenda, so it won’t be a comfortable victory for the open borders crowd. However, it is not impossible.
Even though Republicans do not control either chamber of Congress, conservatives must still pay attention to how Republican lawmakers have dealt with the immigration issue. Any GOP representative or senator who supports this type of legislation should be subject to a primary challenge during the 2022 midterm election season.
As I’ve stated previously, the establishment wants nothing more than to go back to the pre-Trump Republican Party. These are the types that encourage more immigration despite its impact on American workers. During this time, Republican voters must pay attention and learn which Republicans are worth supporting and which need to go.
